Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day will be processed from that day, and we aim to dispatch your order by the next working day.

Orders placed after 2pm will be treated as having been received on the following working day.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or UK bank holiday will begin processing on the next working day.

Next Day Delivery

We offer a Next Day Delivery option at checkout. If selected, your order will be sent using a next-day delivery service once it has been processed and dispatched.

Please remember that Next Day Delivery refers to the delivery timeframe after dispatch and does not necessarily mean delivery the day after you place your order.

For example, if you order before 2pm on Monday, we aim to dispatch your order by Tuesday. With Next Day Delivery selected, your order would normally be expected on Wednesday.

Weekends & Bank Holidays

We do not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or UK bank holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed when we reopen on the next working day.

Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates. Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, occasional delays may occur that are outside of our control. We will always do our best to assist if there is a problem with your delivery.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or failed delivery.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order is significantly delayed, appears to be missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at hellosweetcrave@gmail.com with your order number.

For damaged orders, please include photographs of the products and packaging where possible so that we can investigate the issue.
